A disgraced ex-Special Victims cop accused ofgroping a rape victim is blaming his former lieutenant for any alleged misdeeds, according to new court papers.

NYPD officer Lukasz Skorzewski and his now retired supervisor Lt. Adam Lamboy flew to Seattle in July 2013 to investigate a woman’s claims she was raped in a Union Square apartment in January of that year.

They allegedly took her on a 10-hour pub crawl the day following their initial interview. The cops then “coaxed” the woman, 25, to spend the night at their Bellevue, Wash., hotel room, the woman’s Manhattan federal court lawsuit says.

At first, she slept alone in Skorzewski’s bed and he was on the sofa. But Skorzewski, 32, slid into the bed around 10 a.m. and pawed at her for nearly a half hour, the suit says.

In his new court filing, Skorzewski claims Lamboy, 45, “bore ultimate responsibility for all police action taken” in Seattle because he was the supervisor.

If the woman wins her suit, “it will be by virtue of the affirmative, culpable conduct, and the recklessness, carelessness and negligence of Adam Lamboy, and not of the defendant Skorzewski,” his lawyer, Peter Brill, said in the filing.

The creepy cop — who filed a $2 million defamation counter-suit against the woman in January — also said the city is to blame if she wins.

Asked about the filings, Lamboy’s lawyer Jeffrey Baum said his client “will be vindicated at trial and his reputation restored.”

A rep for the city Law Department said, “We will oppose the officers’ claims that the city should defend and indemnify them from the plaintiff’s claims in this case.”

Brill told the Daily News the defenses he’s using are “standard.” “Don’t read too much into them,” he said.
